Via Accounting Web, the EEOC for the first time has made available state-level data detailing employment discrimination claims. They reveal, for example that Texas is responsible for 15% of religious discrimination claims in the country. After a spike of 125 in 2010, Tennessee’s religion-based claims were back down to 102 last year.
