Meanwhile, a new lawsuit filed by a pair of Conservative Baptist Association military chaplains claims a violation of their religious freedom rights after being removed from a training program required to become VA hospital chaplains. For its part, via Religion Clause, the VA says the chaplains were dismissed for “bullying other classmates and refusing to honor other faith groups.” You can read the complaint here.
